TRUMF International, s.r.o. is expanding its operations in the food industry by another segment, namely mixtures for flavoring popcorn, chips, snacks and other types of snacks. We offer mixtures for all types of bases – corn, potato, wheat, peas and others in many variants of flavors and aromas, including products at the customer's request.

Popcorn

Do you like salty, sweet, buttery or truffle-flavored? Just choose from our wide range of popcorn flavours. We also prepare mixtures tailored to our customers. Smell, taste and colour are the basic parameters for successfully satisfying taste needs, but at the same time we adjust the looseness and stickiness so that the product adheres properly to the surface of freshly cracked corn. Individual types of flavors, such as cheese, can be prepared in many variations, from light Eidam, balanced cheddar, to the strong mature flavors of Italian cheeses.

Chips or crisps

Did you know that chips and crisps are different from each other?Chips are briefly cooked before frying to remove excess starch and soften their flavor, while crisps are only lightly dried and then fried, retaining a more pronounced potato aroma and flavor intensity.

The firmness and crunchiness of the crisps is therefore more intense than that of chips, and the color saturation also differs in the salted variants, the chips have a darker color (both types of uncolored ones).

There are countless flavorings and flavor variants on the market, salty, peppery, onion, cheese, ham, bacon and many others that you can only think of. Thanks to many years of working with aromas for the meat and food industry, our products are close to the meat originals in their taste profiles and can be further modified according to the customer's wishes.
