What personal data do TRUMF International collect and process?

TRUMF International keep and process following information: basic identification and contact data of its business partners, i.e. first name, surname, degree, address, VAT ID, phone number, e-mail, name of employer, job position.

What is the purpose of keeping and processing the personal data by TRUMF?

Without approval of its customers and business partners, TRUMF process the personal data in order to comply statutory obligations, contract negotiations, the performance of the contracts and for direct marketing such as sending commercial communication. The data are processed in physical or in a computer-processable format.

For how long do TRUMF keep the data?

TRUMF process the personal data during every contractual relationship and for the next 10 years after termination of the last contractual relationship with TRUMF International unless the approval of processing personal data is withdrawn.

Is it mandatory to provide my information to TRUMF?

Providing personal data is as well as contract conclusion with TRUMF International not mandatory, however some data is necessary for complying statutory obligations resulting from contractual relationship with TRUMF which is in that case not capable of complying the contract commitments.

Required information mentioned above is: first name and surname (in case of individual), company information, distinguishing supplement or another labelling, headquarters and eventually delivery address, phone number and e-mail address.

How do TRUMF protect the personal data?

TRUMF International constantly physically, electronically and procedurally control the data via technical and safety mechanisms ensuring maximal protection for processed data from unauthorised access or transfer, its loss or deletion as well as any eventual misuse.

People who manipulate with the personal data during their job or contractual obligations are bounded by confidentiality.

Who has access to TRUMF's personal data?

TRUMF International provide the personal data to state authorities if it is required by law and in case of defending the rights of the company.

TRUMF also have the right to delegate data processing to third person (processor) on the base of concluded contract undertaking the processor to provide the same amount of protection as TRUMF International itself.

What are your rights related to processing and providing your personal data?

In compliance with the legislation in force, you can exercise your rights as a subject of the data. You have the right to access your processed personal data, to transfer selected personal data to a different controller or require its modification. You can ask for deletion or reduction of processing your personal data unless it is necessary for complying legal obligations or provision of goods and services from TRUMF International. These rights can be exercised personally in the HQ of TRUMF, in writing to the HQ's address or via e-mail to trumf@trumf.cz.

How can you possibly limit the processing and providing your personal data?

In case of TRUMF International process the data with permission of the individual, the permission can be terminated anytime. In case of individual's data is being processed on the base of a legitimate interest, an objection can be made. Every objection is evaluated and the individual is informed about the result.
