TRUMF International s.r.o. is a Czech company established in 1992 that continued to build on a sixty-year old family tradition in the meat and meat processing industry. The milestone in the company´s history occurred in 1995 when it launched its own range of spices and spice mixtures for the food industry under the TRUMF Brand. The company focuses on development, production and sale of spices, spice mixtures, spice additives and ingredients for the food industry now. The spices and spice mixtures under the TRUMF brand name are exported to many countries in Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. Our customers are coming from meat plants, canning factories and producers of dairy products.

We create and keep in regular contact with our clients, helping to solve their problems, not only with regard to production and technology but also to innovation based on the knowledge of the markets.
Spices and spice mixtures for TRUMF
Over the years, the range of spices and spice mixtures has grown into three main product groups for the food industry:
PRODUCTS FOR THE MEAT INDUSTRY
TRUMF International s.r.o. produces a wide range of spices
and spice mixtures for the meat industry. On our product line, you can
find spices for cooked meat products, such as salamis, frankfurters,
sausages, smoked meats, specialty products and hams. We also offer
spices and spice mixtures for long-shelf-life meat products and
sterilized meat products.
PRODUCTS FOR CANNING FACTORIES
TRUMF
offers a range of spices and spice mixtures designed for canning factories. The
spice mixtures from TRUMF are also suitable for products, such as sterilized
vegetable blends, ketchups and mustards.
PRODUCTS
FOR COOKING
TRUMF International s.r.o. offers a wide
range of spices and spice mixtures for cooking. The most popular products are
the mixtures for bouillons, soy sauces, preparations for soups or spices for
ready-to-cook dishes.
PRODUCTS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF VEGETARIAN AND VEGAN DISHES
Last but not least, Trumf International, s.r.o. also thinks of that part of the population that is not a fan of meat and meat products. It is not only veganism (3% of the population), vegetarianism (5% of the population), but also flexitarianism (enrichment of the diet with meatless dishes), which is intensively practiced by over 25% of the population. We offer various types of meatless products – burgers, minced meats, alternatives to cheese, spreads, broths and soups, seitan and also ready meals.
PRODUCTS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SNACKS
Trumf International, s.r.o. is expanding its operations in the food industry by another segment, namely mixtures for flavoring popcorn, chips, snacks and other types of snacks. We offer mixtures for all types of bases – corn, potato, wheat, peas and others in many variants of flavors and aromas, including products at the customer's request.
