Cooked meat products are one of the oldest groups of meat products. They developed from culinary recipes and included their technological process. The sortiment varies according to regional customs. Traditional Czech and Moravian products have their specific flavouring and are significantly different from similar products of other countries, where the most favourite products are aspics and jellies.
